Scooter tour details and recommended itinerary:

Spend a a day visiting the amazing Amalfi Coast riding along this unique road.

This itinerary, made of only two stops, will let you visit the small town of Positano and the beautiful Amalfi, famous for blue skies, coastal mountains plunging down to the azure blue sea, picturesque harbour towns, beaches, and rich green olive groves and lemon terraces.

We recommend you to visit the most famous spots either in Positano and in Amalfi, definitely, the best option to move around the coast.

Sorrento - Italy
Sorrento – Italy

Starting from Sorrento we will provide you with a map in order to easily reach this two towns.
Once arrived on the top of Sorrento’s hills, where the Amalfi Coast road begins, there are two places where to stop for photo shooting.

Positano
Positano – Italy

The first town you will visit will be Positano, a very little place nestled in the mountain and characterized of typical houses. Before entering the town and driving down to the center, there are some parking areas with an amazon view from where you will admire this unique place. One parked the scooter in a local parking, you can continue the tour walking down the town and stopping along the road in the many little shops for local products. Once down the very end of the town, you will reach the main beach for a swim, or visit the beach of fornello located on the right hand side, very interesting place to visit.

Amalfi - Italy

We also suggest to have lunch in one of the local restaurant of the seaside.
Back to the scooter, you will proceed along the road to reach Amalfi, during the ride you will pass through Praiano, Fiordo di Furore and Conca dei Marini, a possibile stop to visit the Emerald Grotto.

Once arrived in Amalfi, and parked the scooter in a local parking, the main place to visit is the town center, where you will find the Amalfi Dome and the Cathedral of Saint Andrew, this two are a must to visit in this town.

After the visit in the church, very easly to reach by 5 minutes walking is the museum of Paper, Amalfi is famous for being one of the town where precious paper is made, in fact the Valle delle Ferriere, a valley that can be reached nearby the museum (3 hours walking to visit it all – and where ancient paper mills are located)
