For reservations cancelled between 29 and 15 days prior to the tour date, 50% deposit will be charged.
For reservations cancelled between 14 days and the departure date, the full amount will be charged including VAT.
In case of no-show, the entire amount will be charged including VAT.
In case of very bad weather conditions and in case it will not be possible to postpone the tour, full refund will be given.
If you do not know how to get to the port, after booking directly and having paid, you can contact us via email to request assistance with a transport service.
We accept only secure and refundable payments through SumUp, Link Nexi and Stripe. If you want to book through bank transfer, please contact us by email or WhatsApp.
After confirming the reservation thanks to the advance payment of 20% of the total, you can safely go to the quay from which you chose to leave (on the right you will find the exact point indicated on the map).
